I don’t feel like writing today.
I’m in a funk and feeling really out of sorts. I hate feeling this way. I don’t have any real reason to put my finger on, I’m just…unhappy.
It sucks. A lot.
I just can’t quite shake it.
I can’t quite laugh.
I can’t quite let the smile reach my eyes.
I can’t quite walk with a spring in my step.
I can’t quite say what I mean.
I’m sorry.

When I went on the South Beach diet I felt that way for the first two weeks. The diet may be contributing to your mood. Even if it isn’t that. We all have those days and weeks. Here’s to hoping things start to look up quickly.
