I’m back, but it’s still Saturday
So..here it is! Isn’t it purdy?
AND…in time to post about Saturday and it’s 37 flavors of suck.
Today was even better than normal. Jim went in to work 2 and 1/2 hours early, didn’t get a lunch break and is coming home late tonight. Know what that means? It means Chase does not get to lay eyes on him once all day…which means he is PISSED, upset he can’t hang with Daddy. I feel bad for the little man, he adores Jim…but gawd child, I didn’t do it! He was SO ornery tonight, he refused dinner and was mean to Jimmy…which he never is.
Jimmy. Teething. Hell. That’s about all I have to say about him.
Well, now Saturday is pretty much over, the house is trashed and I don’t have it in me to put down my wine, get out of this chair and clean it. I need a shower, the dog needs to go out and I need to put my work clothes in the wash for tomorrow. All these things…not going to happen.
But the blog looks nice! Thanks Jenn!

I’m so glad you like the new site. That makes me so happy.
I’m sorry to hear you had such a cruddy day. It’s so hard when they seem to suck the life out of you and then there’s still stuff to do at the end of the day.
Here’s my personal philosophy on cleaning my house: 5 years from now will I regret not cleaning my house tonight? No? Then it’s not really that important. Thank goodness my cleaning lady doesn’t adhere to the same philosophy

I’m sorry you had a sucky Saturday. I truly know the feeling when your kids take out their frustrations on you. I am still trying to figure out how to deal with that. Brie is pissy for days when Scott leaves. I hope tomorrow it much better.
I love the new blog. It looks amazing. I am embarrassed of my own now. Great job!
